Hey guys, it's been a while since I've posted... Slacker, I know!
Perhaps this is a question for @
Slick. I have a set of 17x9 +45 RPF1s. I'm looking to get the AP Racing Sprint BBK and I'll need a 10 mm spacer to clear the front calipers. Since I rotate my wheels frequently I hate having a loose spacer dangling when I put my wheels on. So, I need a solution for floppy spacers and I was thinking I could screw my spacers to the wheel on the hub facing side. This would require drilling holes in the spacers and the wheels, and then tapping the holes in the wheel to accept a screw. The holes in the spacers would also be countersunk. I don't have the equipment to do this with the required precision so I need to find a good machine shop. Since I'm not hacking significantly into the wheel I'm pretty sure the structure of the wheel will be OK. Any thoughts guys? Machine shop recommendations?
Thanks!
