IMO they're not particularly difficult to get to.
remove seat bottom, remove bottom door sill from front door, pull a little bit of weather sealing, like 3~4 push pins, and then pull the whole panel off.

Secondly, if you are spending the time to get in their and Dynamat, why not upgrade the speakers...or just take the caps off the little guys and run with it crossing them over with sound processing etc.
