Ouch! That made me cringe a little. If it were me, I'd give it about a week or so if I was thinking about whether or not I should get it replaced. If you do have it done professionally, it'll probably be on the cars record saying the car had body work done.
Personally though, I'd look into how the side skirts are bolted, if it's simple....do it yourself. Saves you some cash to boot. I would look into buying OEM replacement.
With regard to your wheels....paint it. Odds are, you'll scrape one or the other some other time. It happens.
