You're going to need to disable the diagnostic code for that in a tune.

The catted header was only tested ( as that is what the community asked for ) on a stock car to not throw a CEL. If you start adding other bits like intake, exhaust and etc you start to mess with the volume of the air moving through the system now which can throw CEL's at the cat then.
You definitely should get a tune if you are doing multiple mods.
