You should look into a paint coating. Opti-Coat or CQuartz or something along that line. I assume your car is toward the newer end. Maybe just get your car detailed and paint corrected and then have a paint coating installed.
I don't know anyone in the area that installs either, but if you are interested, I'll ask my friends and see who they recommend.
