I would expect this from the government, but hope for a little more in this industry - I work in manufacturing myself. To require payment up front then just sitting on the parts doesn't feel right - perhaps you shouldn't charge until shipment (common in the industry), which provides internal financial motivation to ship.
I sure hope the parts are high quality and make it worth it! The photos look great...

By This week or my lawyer will be on call. At least reply to my emails, I understand the business and I'm patient, but don't blow smoke up my ass and not come to through with your product availability. This is how people go out of business. I hope you do the right thing and take care of your customer.
