First problem is that you're using a chamois. These trap dirt like a son of a bitch and then get spread around your paint upon drying your car. Ditch it and use a quality waffle weave towel and wash it once a month with other towels, etc.
Shortening the intervals in which you wash your car can help too. Less dirt on paint = less dirt to be swirled around when washing. Try the double bucket method and use a grit guard.
A good detail with a quality paint sealer/wax shouldn't show many swirls at all after washing. I can go 5+ months before I see any noticeable swirls and I drive 500 miles a week.
