I love my cars, and I get emotionally attached to them. A month or so ago was a happy day for me when I fell in love with my new BRZ, and I'm still head over heals in love with it. But today was a sad day for me, as I reluctantly sold my previous car, a 2006 Legacy. 190K I racked up on that car, and did every single bit of service and repair on it myself. Through lots of snow, long and short trips alike, and every road condition possible. It left me today, in a very similar condition to the day it was new. But time to move on. From now on, it's just me and the BRZ. With snow tires, RWD in bad weather, no storage, hard ride on bad roads, and barely room for two. There are no practical reasons to justify my love for this car. But I accept that, and now we are a couple. Wish us luck.

How much did you get for your legacy? I can't imagine it helped you out too much on your purchase.. might have not been a bad idea to keep it around and have the BRZ for when the weather isn't so bad
