If you're waiting for the next generation FRS, that might be 2017. Toyota generally has done this cycle with their cars:
Year 1-4 (4 Years) -- Car will have slight to no differences.
Year 5 - 7 (2 Years) - Facelift
Next Generation then comes.
Don't expect a turbo or AWD, look at Tada's Q&A video.
If you're going to buy a normal 2015, it doesn't matter when you buy it this year. All this pure pricing makes it impossible to negotiate the price.
If you want a 2015 TRD Yellow FRS, jump on it now because it's in limited production.
If you're eyeing a 2013-2014 FRS, take your time and negotiate because those are just sitting on the lot and dealers want to move it.
