Sold my 03 sonic yellow bugeye WRX last week.
She was my baby for the last 8 years. I didn't want her to be my daily driver, but circumstances meant she was for about 5 of the 8 years. had around 8k in mods on her, she sold for full price in 12 hours after I posted her up.
I went out and purchased a 2001 330i with sport package with the cash from the WRX, to be my daily driver- so that way I can keep the BRZ in the garage for sunny days and track days, like I always wanted to do with the WRX.
I got 11k for the WRX. Trade in value was 6k. SELL PRIVATE PARTY! I traded in an 08 impreza 2.5i last year and they gave me 12,300 for it, after "stretching" because I was a family member. Private party it would have sold for 16. I'm telling ya, private party is the way to go.
