My battery guy loves the Odyssey, he's convinced me to upgrade to them eventually.
He sells the same physical size battery as the recommended Powersonic to start V8 race cars.
Odyssey batteries also have larger terminals (less resistance) and are designed to cope with high under bonnet temps. They are a bit heavier.
No idea how they handle the cold.
