Mine were dealer installed before I bought it as it was the dealer showroom car to showcase all the "TRD" parts available at the time. As it turned out they are not TRD springs at all. The whole story is here:

From all I have read camber bolts are not needed for the TRD springs and since I believe the TRDs are actually made by Eibach you should be good without them.
