My son would not damage his own car. We are a hard core hot rod family.

Up until a month ago he drove a pos clapped out jetta. No offense to jettas but car was falling apart.

Today, no new damage on fr-s....why? Cause the kid knows we are on to him. Turns out he leaves early because he is in a work exchange program. Now I can pinpoint the time to the school so they can check the video at a specific time.
Glad to hear you are not offended.
I felt it important to point out that sometimes a witch hunt should start in your own back yard.
Wasn't implying he willfully damaged the car but a quick run on a back road with another car in front could result in those types of dings.
Yes, even on the hood (got one on my roof before from that very scenario) and these cars can ding if you hit a bug hard enough.
Just find it odd, that if it was a case of vandalism, the damage is so minor as they usually tend to do a lot more. A quick walk down the side with a key would make a much bigger statement then a couple of dings.
There doesn't seem to be any hard evidence at all that the guy you think did it as done anything. Looking at you in a parking lot is not a sign of guilt.
Hope you get it figured out!
