Stang70Fastback No, I don't think you can just drill another hole to properly install it the way RA intended it to be. Drilling another hole changes the mounting point. What OP is trying to point out is that in order to make the mud flaps work with the lip kit, you need to take off the lip and mount the mud flaps using the same mounting points, but with the lip sandwiched between the bumper and flaps.
