fill with non-ethanol 98 shell/bp/caltex then add 6 litres of United E85 (its about E90) , should get you pretty close to the old P100.
You could try Caltex E-flex but its E% is only about E75 so may not work well
Or your going to have to pull another degree or so out of the base timing top end and probably another 0.7 around 2000-3500.

Just did some calculation. United E85 octane rating of 105.
6lt of E85 mix 98 fuel can only lift ron up to 98.84 ron
