It's worth noting that the difference between those two kits is that the one on Amazon has locks. The lock kit is $40 by itself, so that's not a bad deal at Amazon. (I actually bought a set of these for my own car.)

But again, the guy may not like spline drive nuts. I think she should get him what he wants, even if that's bright red SR48s.
