I wouldn't worry about that, I've seen the Cosworth development car its running a standard crash beam - looks to me like they used all the available space to maximise thermal inertia as well as cooling - after all the stock rad is partially blanked by the crash beam too

so if you do run a aftermarket beam then you'll get better cooling as bonus
