The stock tires are 21lbs, stock rims are 20.1lbs.

So the stock wheel/tire combo is 41lbs. Going to a lighter rim will help with the increase in tire weight you'll get by going to a stickier tire with stiffer sidewalls.

That said, when it comes to performance the application will often have more impact on your wheel/tire choice than weight. But for a daily driver and weekend warrior, looking at weight will help maintain the acceleration and braking performance the car had from the factory.
