I can get my oil to hit 124C/255F without an oil cooler within 5 mins on the street less than an hour from the city. Definitely not prolonged track use. Though the flkc doesn't look so bad looking back at this log - maybe it's just the intake runners that make knock worse, who knows. E85 solves all haha.
