Inconel isn't used a whole lot anymore for some reason, but it's probably just fine as the bends look well done.

You apparently don't know what titanium exhaust components look like... As a general rule, it's hard to bend the tubing so it's more effective to do bends in this way. They could grind/polish the welds and color change off to make it look "pretty" but it's pointless and would only make the header more expensive.
