Boosting my FR-S

Hi guys,
I am completely new when it comes to boosting cars so I need help boosting my stock FR-S. I have decided that I want to turbocharge my car and I would like to have around 400+ HP but no more than 500hp and similar amount of torque. Sorry if I ask obvious questions but I'm new so I don't know much when it comes to boosting. So, my questions are:

1) Which turbo kit is ideal for my car to output 400+ whp (but less than 500hp) and similar torque without having a lot of risk of blowing up the engine? I've heard fullblown turbo kits are nice but is there anything else that has better bang for the buck?

2) What is a safe PSI for the recommended turbo kit? Does having more PSI have an effect on the engine?

3) Should I run E85 or premium gas? I believe most of you would say E85 but I want to know what differences would I experience with these types.

4) Are there any other parts that I have to upgrade other than the turbo kit so that my car doesn't break down? If so, which ones are really required so that I don't risk having broken parts or blowing up the engine?

5) Would installing the Invidia N1 full exhaust help with the boosting process? (I really like the sound of this)

Please help me with these questions as this would be the first car that I'm ever going to have a turbo installed on.
Thanks
