You can make all those adjustments with Ecutek, the table names might be slightly different.

If you already have Ecutek cable and license you could make changes, the only thing that might stop you is your tune may be locked by your tuner so you may only be able to flash your tune but not make changes to that particular locked tune. you could always ask your tuner to make those changes shouldn't cost much

I'm not familiar with Ecutek but talk to @Kodename47 he is a very helpfull Ecutek guy.
