The radiator can be moved forward on the lower mounts very easily by just drilling new holes for the lower posts and grinding that tab off the frame.
I did this on my turbo install to gain extra clearance.
In your pics, you can see how easy it is to do. Grind tab, drill holes, and move forward over 1''.
