Just traded some e-mails with my dealer, who told me that he had been allocated a BRZ with the same color, trans, $ trim level as my sold order, but with different options. The delivery date has been given as 30-40 days out, so I'm assuming the vehicle is built and possibly at the port. It's been confirmed that the configuration could, and has been changed to match the options I want.
Waiting to get a response regarding the VIN.
Update:VIN has been confirmed with an updated delivery for the week of May 29th.
