This car has given me big smiles, frustrations, and memories. Feel free to skip ahead for photos if you're not into reading about my baby. lol. Let's start with the buying process: I came from driving a 1994 Nissan pickup that my dad passed down to me before he passed way. I had this truck for at least 8 years and loved it. It was starting to push 214,000 and felt like it would give up any day now. That is what lead me to start my search for a car. I looked at used, rentals, and finally the Fr-s. I had a budget and stuck to it which made it tought to get this car. I finally stumbled upon a deal in Capitola that was in my range on this 2013 Asphalt 6MT. I was hesitant to purchase a MT because I had limited experience but knew for the budget that was what I was going to end up with. BOY AM I GLAD I DID!

Let me tell you a bit about the day I got Andi and how she camed to be named that now. Andi was a good co-worker/friend of mine who generously offered to give me a ride to Capitola from San Jose after work to get my new baby. I then said to her that I would name my car after her for being so awesome. When we got there I spoke with Jim, who I had spoken with on the phone before. Jim is a great guy, no pressure, calm, informative, and funny. We got through the paperwork, he let me know he would go fill up the car with gas and we would be done. This is where Andi's first story begins.... I was waiting by the door of the sales office for Jim to come back from filling up the car. Keep in mind it was 30 mins or so past closing and I have nothing but good things to say to this day about everyone I talked to that day. I see Jim coming back into the lot and hear what sounded to me like a sticker noise coming from one of the tires. I shrugged it off and figured it was from when they got the car ready. I got the keys from Jim and hopped in and went to grab some pizza down the street with my friend since we were starving. On the way there I keep hearing the sticker noise. I then go in to Pizza my Heart and eat. When were done I ask my friend to back up the car so I can check on the tire. I GOT NAILED!!!! lol. There was a big nail going sideways at the top of the passenger front tire. (this exact tire/wheel has another future story I will post the link for) I immediately call Jim to explain. He is halfway home and let's me know I can either drive it home and get it repaired the next day or leave it and get it fixed that way. I let him know I will leave it. The next day Jim calls to let me know i'm getting a brand new tire and he is going to personally drive to San Jose from Capitola to deliver my car to my work! What a guy! That's service! That afternoon I get my car and have been in love ever since. We have had some other stories. Here is the link to one if you want to read more. (http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...ight=aaguilar3) I'm currently dealing with another situation shipping my stock wheels from an ebay sale.
