I wasn't super active there either, mainly keep it conservative and out of trouble. I'm trying to be more active here, but just being a cheap bastard when it comes to buying stuff. List is ready to go just hesitating to pull the trigger because I need a house before I get priced out of the neighborhoods the fiance likes.
