As a norwegian, this is what we are used to for half the year.
Use a sealant or good quality wax. Don't forher the wheels!
Rinse the car often as often as you can, don't forget the undercarrige and brakes.
Use a petroleum based pre wash before washing, this removes much of the salt. Follow up with an alkaline prewash, Surfex HD is a prefered brand here. Use plenty of chemicals, those are cheap - a car is expensuve.
If you can wash often (more than once a week), use touchless washing two or three times between regular washing to keep swirlm marks away.
Do not park the car warm if there is salt on the car, there will be less rust that way. A clean salt-free car should be parked warm if possible.
