It will be a very tight fit. You will likely need to adjust camber to fit it under your car, and will possibly need to roll your fenders to clear your tires. For track, a 17 is more than sufficient. For autoX, the wheel size alone will bump you way up in classes. Practically, that's a lot of wheel and a lot of tire; it will be heavier than stock and slow you down.

The wheel won't make the car higher, that's dependent on tire size. If you make sure to keep the tire diameter close to stock, it'll be fine in that regard.
