Pretty much.

You need to register before 9 if you want to run/work in the morning or before 1 if you want to run/work in the afternoon.

Working a run group consists of... running after cones (mostly). It is a club. Everyone works a run group to keep the event running smoothly. There are other things you can do, but for your first time, it is chasing after cones.

Try to get there an hour to 1.5 hr early. If you are running in the morning, try to get there a little before 8AM. If the after noon, try to get there before 1130AM. You want to have time to register, set-up the car, and walk the course.

Passengers need helmets also.
