I had the same issue, OFT changed the RPM idle and now sits perfectly at around 700-750ish with absolute no rough idling or "dip". I Highly recommend this

I've got about 1800Km's on my car (1100 miles roughly) had my check over at 1300, i now have a slight well i don't know what you would call it, when you turn the car on cold it stays at high revs then drops, mine sits just on 600revs at idle and the needle moves a tiny bit up and down every now and then, the car also occasionally gives the tineyst little shake, like what happens if you dont give it enough revs and its going to stall but only the tiniest bit and not all the time. Bit weird but only happens at idle, no issues with reving or when moving.
