Security I believe would not be a conflict this time if we do hangout within the small park area and in the radius of the businesses. Parking wise I don't know, your on your own. On the plus side the small park oasis has: grass, chairs, boulders, tables, speakers with music, tam-barks, tress, light post, individuals that tend to wait outside for a seat at the boiling crab, you got your happy nails & spa in the corner, 4 way stops signs, you have krispy Kream for all you donut lovers, if you look to your south we do also have the cemetery across the street, Nguyen Optometry has great yelp reviews, for all those who are in need of fuel we have a shell gas station up east.
