Was speaking to one of the guy's I know at Sprintex a while ago and he said you shouldn't run the 69mm pulley without the intercooler as it creates way to much heat soak so you're most likely loosing power not gaining.
First thing would be to get the cooler into it then go exhaust if you want a bit more but speak to William at Delicious Tune .
