I must say, as much as I am a fan of this stuff I completely disagree. I had the stock header, a catless front pipe, and TRD catback and it was FAR QUIETER than my current catted front pipe with OFH and TRD catback.
The header itself made all the difference for me. It does sound great, but by golly she is loud.
