For sure, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain... Just make sure you don't give too high of an offer, that way you don't kick yourself afterwards if they agree instantly, lol.
Just follow the advice everyone has given you... And if the dealer doesn't accept, don't have a meltdown. Keep the search on, and they may reach out to you if they feel the itch later on. If not, you can always bump your offer
gradually IF you feel comfortable and also happy with the car.
