My feeling is that most people think the sales process shouldn't yield any profit from their purchase. The term "stealership" seems widely used on these forums. Basically many people that don't work in sales consider salespeople to be useless hunks of flesh, and in some cases that might be true. In most businesses salespeople make a little money after their employers have made a lot of money. Thats business, don't always blame salespeople. Some are actually very good at making the buying process a positive experience.
