Its momentary belt slippage when the compressor is engage under load...common m many vehicles since the advent of 134A. And it is worse in hot weather. Higher temps mean higher head pressure, which means higher starting load.

Belt dressing will silence it short term. Tightening the belt will fix it but that increases the load on the shaft bearings.

Better just to ignore it, IMO.
