I gotcha. And I do understand what I am trying to ask here. That makes total since and I figured that was the case with this car stock. Yet I figured there are powerful cars from the factory that are electronically configured to not allow the car go past a certain speed (safety reasons???).
I would think the 4.10 gear ratio would be the limiting factor in the top speed.

Kwaziekeller answered my question. I simply wanted to know if the car was controlled by a governor. Governor simply slipped my mind as the key term. It's not controlled by one and now I feel satisfied :-)
