There is only so much a test drive reveals and the last thing you want to go by is what the sales guy say.
RESEARCH comes from pushing the car and talking to people have owned/used the cars. It's when the cars gets put to an actual test... not all of which can be done on a test drive. For example... is there really a gain in performance with grippy tires? Can the engine actually be boosted? Is the build quality of the car actually good? The kind of analysis Savage Geese did in his films.
I have driven an frs before... It's nice at w.e I could do with the sales guy in the car with me....
