First,m I know that it was my fault and it was a dangerous maneuver ;( So please dont punish me, my wife already did it

Basically, I was driving on highway around 140Km and a little bit in hurry ( i know, whole accident was because of this) .. So I was in left lane, behind slow car and very close (because he didnt want to return to right lane).

When he began return back to right lane, I begin accelerate (slightly). When I was on the side with him (something like my nose in his center) , my car oversteer to the left. I was really surprised, crash barrier was so close, car oversteered to the left, my wife screaming. So I stopped accelerate and brake a little bit.. and luckily get grip again. Anyway, nothing what I would like to experience again.

I assume, that because I accelerated, I had more grip on rear wheel and wind from second car break grip for front wheel and car begin skid...

do you have any experience with something like this ?

Small bumps or road imperfections can cause this behaviour. I don't believe BRZ's strong point is on the highway. The suspension is too stiff and sometimes causes the car to bounce even in relative medium speeds (i.e., 140 km/h).

I have a STI suspension in my forester and it is way more compliant for highway driving. The car doesn't bounce at all! Overall, I feel much more confident to go with 180+ km/h with my forester than with my BRZ. Of course, forester's suspension is not so stiff.
