Wait until you get the wheels and test fit them, see if they clear.
The reason I tell people to get a 10mm spacer is that it allows for more camber adjustment, especially at the knuckle (using camber bolts) where the camber change will result in clearance issues with wheels. You could be okay with a 5mm spacer or less, but as soon as you try to add camber you'll have problems unless you use camber plates.

As for the tire, you can run the 245/35R18 with no problems. The tire will not cause issues, unless you go oversize like a 265.

As mentioned, on an 18" wheel, the closest part to the suspension is not the tire, but the inside of the wheel itself.

Plus, that is the "right" size tire for a 9" wheel, 245 or 255's.
So regardless, I will have to get spacers if I want to run it with stock suspensions and those rims? Haha! Alright thanks!! Big thanks!
