"one way" means when you opt out of "collision" coverage.
meaning that if your car is damaged in a traffic incident, your repair costs are not covered by your insurance.
they are covered, however, by the other person's insurance, assuming that you are not at fault.
i've been driving without collision coverage for over 7 years and doing okay, but i drive old shitty cars, will probably grab collision coverage for the FRS.

This coverage is definitely including collision.
