I'm sorry, but as a person who works with many clients I prefer to give accurate information to them and stick to my deadlines. If I gave any of my clients a deadline, didn't meet it, told them I needed another week, didn't meet that, and told them I needed yet another week you bet they'd complain. I still have no clue when mine will actually be done or ship as every date I've been told thus far has been a lie.
It's a very poor way to treat your customers, the people who make your company possible. Do you think that a company can only handle one person at a time or something?
