Need technology that takes a picture out of the side you got hit (with a nice big flash) and pictures for the next couple minutes every few seconds that try to capture a license plate. :P
My wife took our dog to a park one day and as she got there somebody was pulling out, scraped against the side of a vehicle and dented it. The driver took a quick look to make sure nobody saw her and then she drove away. Haha, my wife wrote down the license plate of the chick who hit the car and put the info on the back of her business card on the person's windshield. The person phoned my wife to thank her and the best part... The person who got hit was an off-duty cop!
