It would be a very sad world if old guys couldn't have sports cars.

I think the car will be ok if you can see and hear fine, and it's not going to put you in a bad place financially (especially if you are fixed income.)

The car isn't insanely hard to get into and out of, except for a probable lower seating position than your Chrysler. The ride will be harsher and the seats firmer, so if you have arthritis or the like then I'd make sure to get a good test drive. The car also has the option of a very good torque converter automatic transmission if you have bad knees.

But as far as how you think people will see you...I think you're old enough to do what you want.
