header/OFT: pros: moar power! If you like it (I don't personally), more pronounced boxer rumble
cons: assuming you're removing both factory cats, your car's gonna stink like shit for anyone who drives behind you. It's gonna be noisy; watch out for cops

wheels/tires: pros: better looking than stock wheels, more grip for faster cornering
cons: car will be less tail-happy (if you enjoy sliding it around), reduced tire life (assuming you go with a high performance summer tire)
Finally a more simplified pros/cons view
Since I'm still on warranty, do you think I should go Header/OFT? someone at a meet said not to touch headers because it can void warranty... of course the ECU tune will void warranty, but never heard about the headers.

Also in my area there are d16 civics running open headers, so I don't think cops will be on me for the header/OFT upgrade(if I go this route).

again thanks for the suggestion
