70 F. Ambient temp with low humidity and calm winds
Remember, your oil temp gauge only shows oil temps in one location. The oil is momentarily hotter in other places; you'll be okay. You won't see the temps drop much lower than that, as you're already at the theromostatic plate temperature threshold.
