1) you can buy GT86 headlights depending where you are from if your in the US buy the European ones if your in a place where it's right hand drive buy the JDM ones if you want the GT86 headlights your going to pay an arm and a leg as they have to be re pinned as well as a motor for auto level Winjets cost less and look just like the gt86 headlights
2) I haven't heared anything about "bushings" but anything that fits on the 2015 to my knowledge will fit in a 2013.
3) Neither as I intend to modify my car there is no change on power just cool little features.
