KATie - I'd skip the upgrade and start looking at a better head unit. But then again I haven't done the research to know the cost implications. But $1200 to add nav capability sounds like someone's hitting the crack pipe pretty hard to me. I skipped it, but I don't use nav much and my phone via bluetooth works for me. But then again, I'm not a social butterfly so I don't interrupted much while driving.
