Congratulations to Alex A. for being ModBargains' Car of the Month for September!
Alex comes from Panoram city, CA in the heart of SoCal, and yet almost at 25 he has never owned a car previous to this one. Alex served in active duty in the United States Navy and for three years he was stationed at USS COWPENS CGG63 in Yokosuka Japan. After spending three years in Japan it's very easy to fall into the JDM scene and car culture, so it's easy to see how he got his taste in cars. Once his tour was over he came back to SoCal and started modifying his car!
Fresh out of the Navy with some cash from being on active duty, Alex went shopping for his first car. After being influenced by Japan he decided to pick up an FRS and start modifying.
Alex looked for the help and found ModBargains and the modifying started!
To Fix the
FRS Torque dip, Alex added a set of Borla UEL Headers, Ecutek Stage 2 tune, and also an Invidia N1 exhaust.

Ultimately Alex decided to add on a set of RS-R Super down springs and added some Cusco parts as well. He wanted to step it up a notch and went with some new stainless steel brake lines, and added some Forgestar F14 wheels as well.
We also added some Buddy Club Taillights to go along with it!
