There are plenty of formulas for estimating acceleration based on hp and weight. Google 1/4 mi calculator and you should get a bunch of hits.

For example, from my first result I got:
3060 lb (2760+300), 200 crank hp = 14.5 sec ET
2960 lb (2760+200), 200 crank hp = 14.3 sec ET

Obviously these are estimates, but they can give you a feel for how much ET change you might see from a given weight change.
